Couple hiccups while starting to assemble. The front starboard motor mount thread is stripped pretty bad. Looks like I'll need to tap up to M10 unless someone has a better suggestion?

Also a waterbox strap screw mount that has a bolt with the head snapped off that I'll have to dremel, drill, and re-tap up.

Time sert or helicoil the motor mount one and try a reverse drill bit to get the snapped one off

Yes, couch mounts. They've survived countless lawn darts into the sand when they were in the SN. No cracks or breaks that I could find. No shaving or shims. Lines right up. Didn't modify anything for the keepers. Just need longer bolts.

Need some help guys... having some problems with this pump that Im not sure how to overcome. First - it seems like the steering arm does not/will not extend long enough to allow the nozzle enough throw to the port side. Even after I've backed the ball attachment all the way out. Second - the cooling line boss is deflecting the linkage arm pretty far upward and doesn't allow a straight connection to the ball on the nozzle. Is grinding the hell out of it the only way? Looks like I'd have to take off quite a bit... Any advice???

U need a adapter xscream sells it or jetmaniac normal superjets dont have trim so the cable isnt long enough i can get u a picture of my pump in my kdx
