Yes mate I had it shipped here to qatar as to get around the UK import duty and of course the weather is better
I'll ship it to the uk at the end of this year ,it's a real work of art

Muscat, land of no surf. Head south to surf ride a few times per year. Salalah pretty good. Other than that it's flatwater.

Enjoy the ski. Watch the temps. Check the rrp pipe is padded out properly and stays away from the strap hook under the hood hook. :p

If you are going for the extended pump you will need the additional wear ring
You will need to have the side of the wear ring that buts up to the intake duct machined down 6mm

Who did you buy your hull from ?
I bought mine from Larry at PJW and I asked him to supply the additional wear ring ($135 and $50 for machine work) and the mid shaft Larry supplied and machined down $92.50 plus machine work
All parts need to be from a pre 08 super jet

Ugh, I forgot about the machining of the additional wear ring for my new build. @barrie gunn did you get yours machined by Larry? Did you install it with a pump seal or just with sealant? Also I assume you got the wear ring with the plastic liner?

hi mate yes first i bought the addinal ware ring from larry which was machined down by 6mm but when i tryed to install on the hull the bolt holes did not line up so i had an additional 5 mm machined off it .
It did have the plastic liner and i did not use the pump seal i just used silicon then when it was dry i peeled off the excess
when lining up the pump i found this took a bit of time to get right and the shims cost to much money ,i used a cold fusion line up tool , and i also found out after ordering all new yamaha bolts that the pump insurts are not yamaha bolts thread (yamaha are UNF but the hull insurts are UNC) so i had to order new bolts
the mid-shaft bolts are Yanaha UNF and motor mounts also are yamaha UNF
some other info gents
The hull weight is 32KG and hood weight is 4KG

@barrie gunn
Thank you for the recommendations. When I took off my old pump from the original build, I realized that my extra wear ring had been machined down about 8mm and still I had to widen the wholes a bit to get it to fit well. No room for any kind of a pump seal. I'm thinking of grinding flat and using a neoprene pump seal for a seadoo (only a few dollars).

On my side, I haven't ridden another hull besides a superjet so haven't been able to give a real comparative review. Of course the ride is substantially different than the superjet. I have been happy with the ride.

The two side screws are from the inside of the nose piece? And one at the front from the top? Did you just drive them right into the hull?

There's a screw in the front as you can see in the pic below and there are two more on the insides near the pole bolt (same place as stock superjet)
