I guess i'll bump this up.

Mine is modified. I moved the mounting holes up and back for more throw. I found this bearing at the hardware store and tried it out. The cable going to the bottom of the pump is just for testing, once I have it dialed in, i'll move the cable to the upper pump bolt.

Where the pulley is currently does not yeild enough throw, so i'll have to move it down. Anyhow, heres some pics.

Can you buy a complete set or dó you have to make it yourself?

Several companies sell complete sets but be prepared to break the bank. You can piece together a nice CATS system for around a hundred bucks. Mine worked great when I had it, no real use for it though on my boat except for bigger set-up wakes and ballbreakers

whaT do i need to be concerened about when looking to make my setup how big the nozzle is?? whats a good size or ball park ??can i go to big obviously can to small thanks where do u measure nozzle size

Ive got all my parts, just figuring out a bracket for the cable. I like #0. 's cable placement under the bolt instead of on top.

I have more grinding to do.

I just bought my raider parts and wanted to use my ocean pro nozzle on the trim ring. My ski had a plastic reduction nozzle on it to accomodate the smaller turn nozzle so no go there, will using the plastic raider turn nozzle be ok or is there a good metal nozzle I should be looking for?

does any one think a trim setup on a left handed twist grip would be sweet ? trying to think about the + and - of such a setup

My only concern would be wrist position when you land, if you dont twist back once you leave the wave and your wrist is in a weak position when you land... snap.... trust me, I know from experience... other than that, go for it! let us know how it works out!
