I'm showing about $238 for roughly 250 lbs 125 lbs for ski and 125 for crate. That's with a residential pickup with lift gate and residential drop off with lift gate. I can get a much better rate with a business to business delivery and a more accurate weight

its going to be a long one im gonna be gone for 2 years next month so it probably will go very very slowly as i order parts and what not but once i get into the assembly stage i will definitely be doing a write up.

I wouldn't recommend getting a donor. Most of the stuff you want is aftermarket. No sense buying a whole ski just to get electronics, hood latch, gas tank straps and hooks, etc...

If you want to save some money, just buy the random oem parts you need used off the X or from JetManiac.

Agreed, but if you have some extra cash, buying a few "donor" skis a year is nice to keep your back up parts pile stocked up incase you need to change a broken part, etc.
