Got the pump in but I got a bit of grinding on my reduction nozzle to clearance the steer cable.

Wow nice, cant wait to hear the report. You should be able to clear a boat dock with that thing this year.

I already could clear the one at the dirty river launch but it's not very long. Or high. Lol. I am not sure what gains I will get if any. I am not adding power. I am just hoping to and increase volume at a lower pressure. My ski may not have as hard of a hit where I need it anymore. We' ll see.

I started putting stuff back inside my hull but I am waiting to go get my last few parts for my ski. Just some blowsion carb pump block off plates, outerwears, and dasa flywheel cover. Once I get those I can button up my ski and get some turf happening. Getting close to ride season now boys!!!!!

Actually it is the ground for the capacitors in my spark plug wires. These wires have no resistors and I can run non resistor plugs so I get full energy for spark.

Well it started up and smoked like normal so I will bring it to the water this weekend. It's not done done but Dunn till I get my last bling parts like billet flywheel covers, outerwears, pump block off plates, turf. It will need some tweaking I suppose but I think the ark is river worthy. I hope the vw starts up this easy.

after everything u did how many inches did cut off the bottom deck total . how long did ur scupper last i was gonna do the same thing to mine soon. y didnt u put foam n the tray ??

It's about -7 or do. The bottom deck ends at th reduction nozzle just like a rickter xfs. The scupper works good and so does the versa plug style hull drain. I got some rigid Dow foam stuffed in the hull.

I got my ski hauler fired up today. It needs some love too so I gave it smoked signals and tail lights. Perfect fit. I am so ready to go jet skiing.
