Running stock 44s^ choke flaps removedKrash reaper - Yamaha 760 stock porting
Just rebuilt my engine past winter with wiseco pistons all new gaskets. Installed zeeltronic cdi and went with TL flywheel. I swapped out the 148 solas mag pump from my waveblaster (10/16 skat)
I did not touch the jetting or carb settings as the ski ran AWESOME last season. Took out for first test ride yesterday - like a dead dog in the water.
compression 145/145 running pump gas stock head. I tried turning low speed adjusters out 1/4 turn and I tried turning out high speed 1/4 turn - both did not have any positive results. I am going to pull my carbs apart this week - I just want to know where my jetting should be with the ZEELTRONIC cdi or is it same jetting as Factory pipe recommends for bpipe?
Rode this ski all last summer with stock cdi / stock 144 pump and it was super fun. Was just trying to make it even snappier!
Thanks in advance!

^^^ Make sure it came with the correct curve. Also which version of the zeel did you get and do you need to grind off that third lump.Do you have any way to check the settings on your zeel?
The msd is not legal in lites either as it have a 12v input.Won’t be legal in LITES if your a racer in USA because of programming input. So either IJSBA changes rule, writes an exception, or Zeel sells one without that output but with a good LITES curve
but most guys on this site don’t race
It’s a wasted spark ignition. Both plugs fire at the same time. Totally normal.I checked my spark and both my cylinders are firing at the same time?! I checked it like 15 times to verify and even brought my mechanic over to double check my eyes were not playing tricks on me. I do not understand what would be causing this. If my flywheel key is sheared then I would think it would not run at all. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I put the carb settings to 130L/110H 2.0 N&S 95G spring low speed 1 1/2 high speed 1 1/4. I also realize those adjusters I posted that I installed are not the correct ones I pulled carbs off again and installed original adjusters for the time being.
That’s drastically different jetting. With more timing you are usually able to dial it in with just low/high screw changes and maybe one jet size change. I’d go back to whatever worked last year and see how far off the fueling is.The setting I ran last year with stock cdi was 120L/142.5H 2.0 N&S 95G spring LS 1 1/2 HS 1 1/4 and it ran damn good all summer. Put an easy 40-50 hrs on ski.
