You don't break it off. Just take a grinder to it.

Let us know how the flywheel holds up. I had a similar amount of material taken off mine and the ring gear ended up breaking and spinning on me. Not sure if it was due to lighting or not though.

Different timing changes the tune so you would need to sort the mixture at the same time

I know it was pictured above with a gutted fly wheel. But this picture is pointing to the little square right? What did you use to remove It?That little one right there. It take about 30 seconds to remove it. you have to remove it no matter what zeeltronic you run

sorry for blowing up this thread, but I ordered my set up and wanted to make sure I am doing this right. I ordered the PPDCIS-02T for my 760 with PC/USB and extended cable to run it out of my fuse hole.
installation questions:
Do I grind the 3rd lobe flat? or do I have to remove it completely? (using the stock flywheel with magnets)
Do I simply run a power wire to the red female wire from the starter solenoid and call it good?
Extra questions:
Do I have to mess with plugging it into my computer and making any adjustments or am I good with the wax racing for now?
is that literally all there is?
is it really that easy?

Grind the 3rd lobe flat with whatever will work- i used my angle grinder with sanding pad on it.
You can use the wax curve but I think it’s best to plug it in to the computer to check the curve and settings on the right (you’ll see what I mean)
And yes connect the red wire to the power inside the ebox and that’s it.

Yes I do, they recommend it so why not
Ring terminal & bullet connector on the ends of the fuse holder, slipped into the zeel power lead, bolted to the solenoid is easy and clean. No splicing any factory wires.

Did everyone else just get a cdi wrapped in bubble wrap? He didn't include the extension cable that I bought either. No suggestion sheet or anything? I can figure it out, but just wondering.
