Nor will you be able to do anything on the ski w/o months getting use to power like that...
Malone let a few of us ride his ski on Sunday and Ratti rolled Eric's ski within 90 seconds.

This is funny (the responses here).
If the class didn't spend any time on the water, I still would think any one of you would be happy to spend some time with Eric and furthermore, go out drinking with him Saturday night and talk ski crap.
From spending time with Bogart I picked up so much invaluable stuff. Pat always mentions the technical tips that Eric gives him. If Pat's valuing tips from Eric, shouldn't any one of us?
Wouldn't any one of you want Eric to look at your boat and riding style and give you both, riding, and performance tips?
C'mon.

hell no, my hood weighs as much as malones whole boat!
Does Eric Use freestyle sponges???? If not, It will help his riding... Hey maybe we can offe him some pointers... Do ya have anymore Scott???
I would love to do it for one reason.. I cant setup wake for shiot.... I have done so many different ways.. and 1 out of 5 I get nice... and mind you, when I get them... I can barrel or whatever.. even been working on double troubles... But my setup wake SUCKS F-IN ARSE... I go ride flat and spend the whole time, setup waking... :banghead: I am getting better slowly but surely... I think ! there is my reason.. laugh away.
i will buy you a case of Tucher if you put on an orange PFD, hop off your ski and walk up to malone and give him a f/s sponge......
and of course, try and make him understand the logic behind it......:tomato:
everybody getting pumped up for this weekend?? weather should be nice saturday partly cloudy high 76 and sunday sunny high 81 . water temps are right near 70 . :Banane01:
Took the ski out today about 6:30 for a test ride and I am about 70% sure that I tore my ACL!!!!!!:banghead: :banghead:
There you have it. I'm proud of my poor technique and I could give two ********s about setup wakes and being able to flatwater BR. Maybe it's a surf rider thing, but I'm with yamaslut.Surf riders probably won't appreciate it much, but those of us that ride mostly flatwater, it's a huge thing.
I have been pumped all week, got my boat all ready and made a list of things I have to bring on the trip. Took the ski out today about 6:30 for a test ride and I am about 70% sure that I tore my ACL!!!!!!:banghead: :banghead: Is that not the biggest mother $%#&er. I took the time to set the boat up and I was just praying that I did not have a mechanical failure..........well I guess my prayers were anwsered, boat is great!
I was not doing anything radical, just jumped a wave and....mid air,,,,, POP!!! Once I heard it go I knew it was not good. Got back to the ramp limping. I think eveyone thought I was joking for a while until they saw me almost collape a couple of times b/c my left leg would just buckle.
Called Tommy and he said the it is still worth the trip b/c there is still information to be had by lectures, demos and hearing all the feedback. Plus I already have a non refundable room and the clinic price, so if I don't go I can kiss that $$ good bye. I will be there late tomorrow night. I am going to see my doctor tomorrow afternoon for a diagnosis, but the leg is in no condition to ride. It is freaky, no swelling, no pain but it feels like my left leg has a roller skate on it and I don't have full control. I have the worst luck :dunno:
Well, how was it? Does riverrat have a new texalium ACL or what?
