What you dont see it the area under the curve,
This is what matters for the type of power we are looking for.
What you dont see it the area under the curve,
Power made before 4500 follows displacement very closely for a given port height. On a ski this is throttle response only. Between 20%-30% of the power and thrust comes directly from the pipe, more so with higher ports. This is what matters for the type of power we are looking for.
Yes, this is where the 155 pumps start working well.108 foot lbs of torque at 5500 rpm and 118 at 6000. this is where alot of the power is needed for FS

And what combo are these numbers from?108 foot lbs of torque at 5500 rpm and 118 at 6000. this is where alot of the power is needed for FS
ET Billet 1107, PHP light 10mm crank 190 psi, 49 full spec's. PHP intake mani, MSD TL, V-Force 3's. PF pipe. And what combo are these numbers from?
From years of knowing, Starting on the dyno i started low and worked up wanted to see until i started to lose down low then when back to the last setting to a happy medium of broad power. How did you come up with your port timing specs?
Cool, good deal. From years of knowing, Starting on the dyno i started low and worked up wanted to see until i started to lose down low then when back to the last setting to a happy medium of broad power.
The EX ET manifold is also a huge gain also in the mid from 5000 to 6500 a gain of 15 ft lbs from 5300 to 6000 The HP # is not included in all the above power listed in this thread. I will be starting a new thread when the time is comes and all the gains.
The new manifold will be build from 2 cast pieces or cast as one piece???
Will you have it setup to run wet or dry like the WDK billet manifold? Will be 1 cast piece.
Yes! wet works much better low, mid and even topend power on the ET 1107.Will you have it setup to run wet or dry like the WDK billet manifold?
Any hope for a manifold spaced for Polaris cylinders...?Yes! wet works much better low, mid and even topend power on the ET 1107.
