A 2-4 foot day in the beginning and then a 7-9 foot day (although we were mostly riding the shore break).

Not in HD. I cut down the widescreen footage so I could edit it without hangups and crashes.

Lake waves are still tripping me out. Cool for including the bails. Another great video. Look forward to more this season.

Nice Vid Korn , Thanks Bro ! Its not really as bad as it looks ... There is space between the waves , yet in the pics it looks as if there are none , as far as sketchy riding...''not''....... ... its a very safe place to ride at EDGEWATER PARK . when the waves are big this is just as exciting as riding VB,Daytona,or the Niagra river , each has its own challenges in a different way .If it wasn't a fun challenge , nobody would keep coming back . what we all hope for here ia a NE wind, if we get a good blow from there its damn near a ocean experience with smooth wavers rolling in ! But its all good !

Wow......My Lake MI riding spot was like glass compared to that this weekend. We had some fairly decent surf the last 3 weeks in a row. Your water is kind of poop brown....
Good video though......looks fun.

That guy in board shorts is CRAZY!

Both of these days were in September...water was still around 73 at that time (air was around 60). Yes the water is brown during the wave days... It's a sand bottom until you get out a ways and then it's mud getting churned up.

I'm gonna try for some different angles so you can see the waves better....our season is almost over. We get a couple warm days, but with it getting dark so early, its tough to find a warm day on a weekend. I love our riding spot. It's a sandy bottom, gets deep pretty quickly and the beach is huge and we pretty much have it to ourselves on wave days.

The only problem is it gets nasty after huge rain storms for about 3 days. We are by a giant city with a large river close by.
