I rode the carls cold fusion boat at surfslam and had no problem burying the nose. Not sure what plate Nick wa running though. Excellent ride, loved everything about it.

He had the long plate on there. I brings it to the same length as the JB1. Nice that it's versatile. Longer plate for surf, shorter for flat.

Yes probably 4-5 weeks, though he sounds pretty busy right now so only way to tell is to give him a call or drop him an email. BTW, Per Nick they are adding a splash guard to the mold and wider opening for pole mount bracket area.
