So, I made a few changes. Redid my trim setup so no stress is put on the cable from clamping and/or severe angles. Believe it or not, yes, that brass piece does actually hold. System works better than my old one, but I'm saving up for a thrust setup. Also sandblasted my nozzle and ring to clean it up a bit.

Also bored my nozzle to approximately 85-86mm. I was honestly shocked at how much of a difference it made in low end thrust after riding it today. It was night and day, and every aerial maneuver is a lot easier. Came out not too bad for using sanding drums and a drill.

use a set up wake.
you have enough motor and pump to do it with that hull.
Here is a few videos of me running a similar set up.
701 @JetManiac port, bpipe, all stock other than that. Stock pump from a sn with a 9/15 xs trim

Holy crap. That's impressive. I guess i definitely have the power to do what I need!! Thanks for the motivation

I originally was doing setup wakes but I'd barely get over halfway, but get good height and a lot of unneeded distance. And then I went to 180 hops and for some reason I was able to concentrate more on looking back and yanking the bars, and had way more rotation.
I think now it's just time to apply it to a wake again. Just gotta figure out the best setup wake for me.

You are probably coming at your wake way too fast. Just have to slow it down, pop the nose up, when it sets in the trough you should be almost at a stop, then pull the wheelie lever and hit the gas button!! figuring out your set up wake is the key. I did about 40 of them before i ever made it more than 3/4 of the way. then once i started learning the wake, it was all about form. Hope this helps.
BTW buy a xs trim and do the cuppler mod. never look back.. best thing i have done since a hull or bpipe. That should be your number one thing to get.
