Thanks Vince yeah it was awesome despite crap weather! I'm goin to cut 4 more inches outta my RRP pole tubes tonite and then get on the water one of these next days. Once we get our skis tuned I would love to come down and ride with you guys in some warm flatwater!

I set it to the same length as the pole on Zack's Circus which is totally comfortable when I rode it last fall. I had it at about 35 inches from pivot bolt to bars and it was way too long so now its chopped to about 30 ish and ready for a test ride soon!

For whats its worth, when I bought my pole from DK jr (used on his bob) it had 10" of pole between the Sleeves. I had to shorten it a few inches for the Q8.

Both big and little d run longer poles than what would be the norm on a short boat. Make it hard for me to ride there stuff.
