Everything in the engine compartment is done. Bilge wired up, battery in, splash guard in, primer lines done. By the time I got this done it was dark.

Other than the chinpad:
I stood looking into the ski and realized that I might actually be done.
Fire it tomorrow for sure in the driveway.

Water test Saturday.

It will always be the pig. That's why I took so many pics. I doubt it will look good for long. lol.

Fired it in the drive, on the hose. Seems a bit rich in the high end but sounds like a beast. Not gonna tweek anything right away. I did dump oil down the plug holes.
Compression measured a bit high at 205psi per hole. I'm thinking this will decrease with break-in and burning off that oil.

Jay and I are going to the spot on Saturday to see what it does under a load.
Everything runs great in the driveway. lol.

YeeHaa!
Rode it today. Some minor tweeking here and there, a little cavitation...but all in all it went great. Tanner & Stan & Milo were there as well as SC Nick and Gearhead Eric.
I'm WAY happy with the maiden voyage. I expected to be wrenching a lot.
Going again tomorrow.

Had to make it legal today.
It broke my heart to put decals on it, but the reg numbers are just one less excuse for the man to mess with you.
Legal size, legal spacing....just don't check me for an extinguisher. lol.
