Let's just say Chris isn't going to do a pic like this anytime soon. Papp with his Freak
18 years old, never worked out a day in my life, and rockin' the McDonalds 4-times a week diet. Only exercise I get is flipping skis around.

When we flipped it over to do the pump I saw this PVC pipe hanging way out past the trans. I just couldn't let that fly. This kid is going to need every like trick we got to ride this tank. J/k little D.

What's up with the crazy small water lines?

And trim cable tub is small too. Good thing a dasa isn't going in here there wouldn't be the flow of water I would want to see.

You know that you can pick the cooling size right? We've ran 1200s through hulls plenty of times with no cooling problems. We set up the hull exactly as ordered, including the water lines. Not sure why you're nit picking the hell out of everything?

WOW.. Mark that looks awesome!
look at what happens while i sit in class... WOOT WOOT.
Big thanks going to Mark!
Nice and smooth intake tract! That looks pretty amazing.

As for XJ- Never knew that one.. lol, did not know you could choose the width of your lines. Well it is what it is now! no worries..It will get cooled properly.

As for the weight stuff- Talked to Big D on the phone for a while today, Excellent shop, They really do care about customers, and everything was properly explained, just never realized how much those "little things" add up! Big D took the time to explain it all out, and it was a great convo. Everything solved, and everyones happy! Its amazing he called me on his day off, that shows something...

hopefully sometime in future all that weight info gets listed out on the site, I would HATE to see someone whose a bit less understanding have the thoughts I did. All in all happy with it!

Cant wait to just get on the thing and go ride!

You choose the size of your cooling lines, 3/8 or 1/2

Ya so what do you call these?
Even covered in paint they are not 3/8s on the OD. And you would want 3/8s ID so a hose goes on tight. These things the hose falls right off. I clamp everything but still these are wrong.
Must be the same guy who read the scale at 85pound read the mic at 3/8d

Is it nit picking to want things to be up to normal hull standards? Is it nit picking to spend money with a company and not get what was ordered?
You don't want me to nit pick this thing because I could go into the fact that you have pulled so many hulls out of these molds is showing in the skis. Or the touch up paint all over the thing or air bubbles and the truff job were the miss cuts were filled with silicone. You sure you want to play that game.
Chris is who has to be happy with the thing not me.

Yes I like nice things, is there somthing wrong with that? You spend this kinda of money I would just want what was ordered.

Don't worry too much about the cooling, Art wants you running 3/8's anyway. It would be nice if the hull manufactures are a little more clear on there posted weights. When I was researching hulls, I called every hull manufacture and the all said the same thing, hull weights only include the bare hull.

Lets use a glass freak as an example
75-88lbs hull
10lbs hood
6lbs for turf
add and 5lbs for other accessories and your a glass BOB range. I can assure you this is still going to be lighter then a superjet

Im more than sure Art will tell you 3/8s id.

You could take every inch of this ski apart and sand blaster the paint off it and it won't be 85pounds.

These numbers don't lie why is everyone fighting the numbers?

Funny... over 100 hulls produced and sold, and the only one that's 'having issues' is being assembled by just another BOB-hater.
