She's going to need to replace that as well if she goes with a pulley trim.
I have to replace it either way. I have to give back everything from the stage 2 kit to get the $1250 refund. Pump and all associated parts.

It is the Internet...hopefully people can read this thread and make their own educated decisions on their next AM hull buy. This kind of thread didn't exist when I was looking sadly.

If you would like me to clean anything up just let me know. All threads that get long do tend to have some off topic banter. That's what makes it fun. Let me know.

i found it best if you align your new pump with-out the pump shoe 1st, then you have all the shimms etc correct. Now you can align the shoe to a straight pump.

After pump is perfect, remove pump, locate pump shoe loosely and reintall pump back to aligned, now match the shoe to your final setup. should give perfectly smooth water flow between all parts. I cant remember how i fixed the shoe after that, but it happened! 155mm pump shoe required a tonne of grinding, trial installs etc, so hopefully you skip that part and fits easy.

Not going to lie, this is a helluva deal for $1250.

If you are willing to take the chance and time of dealing with cheap products the Krash pump setup does work. May not last down the line as you get better, but for entry level hard to beat the price!

To compare I've spent $3500 on my new 148 setback pump setup. The Krash is less than half the price.

Nick, I commend you for bringing affordable products to the freestyle AM hull industry. If you were to charge a bit more and up the quality I think your kits would be top dog.

In other news, I have to send back the intake grate sonce it is part of the stage 2 kit. It is a Worx 205, what grate would y'all recommend I get?

IMG_3223.PNG Worx 242 I think is the number. It's like a shovel but for water lol. I don't know what the pump tunnel looks like on the 50 but I doubt Krash would have made it smaller

stay with the 205 i have tried a bunch and all others i used caused some cavitation or would not load the pump good enough on the krash!this did the best for my ski
