I can get the pump lined up with the holes with the shoe in WITHOUT the pump seal on.

As soon as I put the pump seal on, no amount of prying and shoving can get anything to line up.

H2O stainless 148
Worx shoe
OEM seal

Ah I forgot about that video thanks. I need to flip the ski over and try this after I get back from lunch. Going from the bottom is a biznitch.

Worked on the shoe and the pump holes. Damn the stainless is hard as poop. Had an emergency vet visit for relatives dog, but think I'll get to installing the shoe when I get back. Doesn't need much shimming by the looks of it :)

My h20 155 was the same way. I had to elongate the holes.

Yeah those bolt holes should be a little off. Just enough to compress the seal good. If you have the seal compressed as much as you can and it still doesn't line up yet, just slot it a little. Or go up the next size of hole, that can help if you need a little side to side movement too.

I'm hoping the next big hurdle isn't going to be the engine mount plates...we shall see.

I have to remove a stock coupler on the engine side and install the ADA one. Do I have to have a stock coupler removal tool or will an aftermarket one fit for both the stock and the ADA?
