stay with the 205 i have tried a bunch and all others i used caused some cavitation or would not load the pump good enough on the krash!this did the best for my ski

Did you try 2 bar?

@chixwithtrix Before you install the pump! Make sure to seal around the cooling lines, and trim/steering cable outlets with 5200! My surf hulls tray already has water in it...

JetManiac order arrived today! Was able to snap a pic while I was checking it over real quick at work. Can't wait to really look at everything.



Krash pump and stuff went out today as well. Here is a random shot I took while I was packing of some threads on the pump.

The arm doesn't hit, but still not sure how the cable will work. Also looks like the shoe will fit without much grinding too

Sweet. I thought the cable bolts to the top of the reduction nozzle some how.

Are you going to have the duct shoe bored to 148? Surprised there's that much clearance on the shoe, usually have to grind alot to fit.

How do you bore the shoe out? Use a Dremel and slowly grind away?

How do you work with an OEM pump seal on a 148 pump? Also which way does it face?

I used a die grinder with sanding drums. Took me about a hour to get it perfect

Have a machine shop bore to 148. I hear it makes a difference, idk personally. I had a 144 before a 148, so I have a 144 shoe on my 148 pump.

The V part Seals against the shoe, the seal slides onto the wear ring.

Good idea, since mine is already installed, I could do that.

I just got a JD shoe. If you bore it out to 148 the inner ring will be gone.

Not sure if it matters, but it is a Worx shoe.

In 144 aluminum shoe size, I prefer either the Blowsion or Worx to the JD.
