if I got one of these RTP skis, i'd be riding the crap out of it/ torture testing it to find the junk that was going to go bad and get it fixed / waranteed ASAP! I would not be worrying about the fufu crap like a scupper flap. there aint nothing wrong with a scupper flap although I did stuff a glove in scupper hole about 10 years ago to keep it from sinking. it was a honda glove and I ended up losing it, but I was buying them for $8 a pair on ebay lol

I love the way this reads, :)

Yes it does. A cheaper way to fix the leaky scupper is to remove the flap and replace it with 1/8" thick polyurethane rubber it's flexible and smooth seals great works on my ski. And is 7$ shipped for a 12"x12" on ebay. The versa plug has excellent reviews also.
I make scupper flaps out of the thinner rubber pads that come in the bottom /bilge of old 440/550 hulls. I think its like 3/16" thick

So I just picked up my 50cal from the Detroit airport last night. I saw another one sitting there, and I know @Parsonsjb88 is expecting his to be there this morning... 3 skis through Detroit in just a few days...and now two in the garage now between my roommate and I....not bad, I hope we can all meet up and ride.

It was late by the time I got it out of the crate and on a stand and I wasn't able to give it a really close inspection, but it looked awesome overall. A couple spots had damage to the decals, but other than that the shipping seemed to have gone well. Cant wait to get it together and out on the water.

I can add some pictures later today.

I picked up a 50cal from @Chadvski and can honestly say I have not had any issues thus far, the work Krash did with Chad in his shop seems to be paying off. Have run 7 or 8 tanks through it so far. Hoping to burn plenty more hours with @BRANDO6X and @Parsonsjb88 and work out any issues with the new skis. Both had their 50cals out last night for the maiden voyage but I wasn't able to make it, I'll let them comment on the ride.

How about Kenosha Wisconsin free ride here in a few weeks? Anyone headed over to WI for that? I was planning too
