Yes it does. A cheaper way to fix the leaky scupper is to remove the flap and replace it with 1/8" thick polyurethane rubber it's flexible and smooth seals great works on my ski. And is 7$ shipped for a 12"x12" on ebay. The versa plug has excellent reviews also.I think this scupper fits these skis ?

I would not be worrying about the fufu crap like a scupper flap. there aint nothing wrong with a scupper flap although I did stuff a glove in scupper hole about 10 years ago to keep it from sinking. it was a honda glove and I ended up losing it, but I was buying them for $8 a pair on ebay lol
buzzard on the rampage. just add tekilla lolI love the way this reads,
I make scupper flaps out of the thinner rubber pads that come in the bottom /bilge of old 440/550 hulls. I think its like 3/16" thickYes it does. if I got one of these RTP skis, i'd be riding the crap out of it/ torture testing it to find the junk that was going to go bad and get it fixed / waranteed ASAP!
