You can't get a thing done that takes years if you don't start. I think that this is a bold and inspired idea that is on the cusp of realization. In our soft chairs and walmart worlds we have grown accustomed to anything we want delivered in two days or less and hot food in 30 seconds. Where there is risk and adventure there is the potential for a great victory or a crushing defeat. Personally I have my money (IRL btw) on victory. I don't expect the road to be paved with yellow bricks. There has been a flying monkey or two. 
There is risk, of course, buying something that doesn't exist yet. But lets face it, the deposit doesn't even cover shipping so it's really just a good faith deposit. The good news in all this is I am only risking my money. And the way I see it I am only risking money on the engine and electronics as I have ridden the hull and love the feel of it.
I hate that this sounds 'preachy' I don't really mean it that way. Just speaking my mind as a guy with skin in this game.

Man, there are a lot of haters in this thread. Give Krash a chance, they are essentially doing more for this sport than anyone on this thread can claim to have done. Yes, they dropped the ball and failed on their delivery date and that is their bad 120 percent but they sure are trying, and once its all said and done it will be a fantastic way to get more people into our sport at a higher level!!
PS. I'm not a Krash fan boy. I'm just a guy that wants to see more people out in the surf and on the lakes!

They have been sending updates via email. I pre ordered back in april Chris sends lots of updates, usually saying they are delayed again.. but Krash isnt just ignoreing their customers.

In terms of quality control, delays can be a good thing.
New to this site but not to the sport. I must say it's very disappointing to see the number of haters on this site. I read some comment that people doubt how many skis Krash has on pre-order because they don't post about it here. I regret I did as well after reading all the comments from all the people who add no value but yet seem to know better and can build it better and cheaper. See y'all later. I'm not coming back for this BS! mlm
