Got the exhaust welded and mocked it up the rest of the way.

Also weighed the hull again to see where I'm at. Sitting at 80lbs but still need to glass the tray, bodywork and paint.

Didn't get much more done over the weekend, I was going to epoxy in all of the inserts for the tray area but I decided to hold off until I get a pump shoe. I am going to try using 1/4" socket caps to secure the shoe instead of the screws that were in here originally. If I can get the driveline fully shimmed and mocked up by the weekend I should be good to epoxy in all of the inserts for the whole ski as well as the cooling lines, steering/trim cable lines and exhaust. Then I can finally foam up the tray and start glassing again!

Thanks guys!

I need to figure out what Im going to run for drain plugs. I was thinking about epoxying in two inserts at the back that I could plug with allen heads with an o-ring under them so I would have the option of adding a small hull extension if I need it. That or just running the oem blaster style drains.

I run OEM blaster drains. It's nice to unscrew them and walk away and you don't need to worry about loosing the screw.
