I wish I could have avoided the 2 part all together but felt it was the best option for filling the big voids left over from the polypro sheet foam. At least the skim coat of thickened epoxy should seal it up so it doesnt absorb a ton of resin when I glass it.

Well I modified the inlet of the waterbox and it lines up pretty good just need to get it welded up. Also scuffed up the epoxy in the tray but decided to touch up a few spots so I will have to wait for that to dry again, knock down the high spots and scuff it then it should be ready.

Thats cool so masking tape, duck tape. Then glue to construction paper? So u gonna use this for a template for glass and turf.

Yep thats just a way that ive found that works and gets pretty close. The front and bottom pieces should be good for glass and turf but Ill have to add to the one for the sides. I want to try some 3m adhesive back masking film to see if thats easier.
