at this point have you looked into contacting a boat recovery place? Like we have tow boat US over here. It will cost you but may be worth a call

Sorry to hear about your loss, I can relate. I was able to drag mine back, but didn't have 4 foot waves rolling in either. I lost my hood and I still can't find it. I agree with the hood hooks. I think I didn't have enough slack in the strap to let it wrap around the ratchet a few times, so that's why mine went. I will say a prayer for you, man. I hope you find it soon!

Man I'm sorry to hear hear about this, I'm going to load my ski up with pool noodles in the engine compartment. And use my normal precautions and live to the rule never let go

Never let go would not help you the only time I ever let go of my ski when I ride was when it was going to drown me and it was pulling me down.
you need a rope belt with carabiner s and a throw bag already secured to your ski. If I find it or am actually able to ever afford a new build you won't see me riding with out at least one of those things

I really wouldn't ask ot expect that from anyone but if it came to that I would be very humbled and grateful to say the very least.

I acquired everything on my ski over about 5 years and before I had a house. But I'm sure you all know about that lol.

I still am hoping it doesn't come to that though. The lake sikt at the river is disapating but still probably going to be a month for it to clear more and that will be the final best chance to find it. This season is pretty much a right off.
Hey at least I got out 5 times on it lol.

About 26 feet and only have a go pro footage on friends ski to go by but extra cold winter made river run off push silt out into lake almost zero visibility

I really doubt that its even remotely ''near'' where it went down with the currents and all and next to a river ! . after all its not an anchor.... but press onward with the search ..... good luck with it !
