Thanks :)
It does give me a bit more time to get some miscellaneous stuff done.

Turfed & installed the chin pad
Glued bilge pumps back down
Installed new limiting rope
Got all cabling in the pole routed
Made a nifty carbon battery box, later to serve as box for the PFP waterbox
Installed new steering stop

I'm also still working on a pole shock pad and opening the head pipe up from 47 to 52mm.

I'll put the motor in Monday night, test on Tuesday, then it's off to the Oregon coast.

Theres a ton of little details to be addressed, for sure .i got my boat up and running and, now are adjusting and fine tuning all the components... unfortunately couldn't ride this weekend .it was storming here in so cal .

Matt,
I'm embarassed to say this is the first time i've seen your build thread. Wow, I knew you did a lot of work on that ski but I am thoroughly impressed with your continued work and fine tuning. I hope you get it together for next weekend. We have a garage at the house we rented so if you have to make some changes and adjustments, bring it over. Michelle and I are looking forward to hanging with you and Char and the rest of the spring break crew. I'd love to ride your ski someday on flatwater and see how it really rides. My 30 sec ride that ended with a broken nozzle was a testament that it takes a little getting used too. I still feel bad about that by the way, but glad we got it back in the water with minimal pain.
See you soon!

Gonna be cold and ...., you fellas have fun...
I thought I noticed a lack of Crab in the NW spring break thread on PWCtoday. Forecast of temps in the 50's, winds in the single digits, surf in the double digits. That is actually pretty reasonable for this time of year in Pacific City, OR. I will have my big Nike ACG coat and camcorder in it's waterproof enclosure on the tripod capturing the crazy action.
