Please let me know how the jetting is working now

Yes, I will.

Here is where I am at now:

125 High (went back up because the one cylinder looked lean and the other rich, but it was leaking)
117.5 Low
1.8 NS (might go back to 1.5 as I believe the spring was the root of the actual problem)
95 gram springs.

@Harbor

What is your jetting again, how many turns out, and which 44s are you running. OEM 760 or AM SBNs?

New AM 44's....125H, 100L, 65 gram spring, 1 turn out each high and low.

Not running wide open, just brapp brapp, above 1/2 limited to 3 to 5 seconds max

Edit: forgot the seat, 2.0

I will say today was the first time I have been truly happy with my setup. Im learning carb tuning through the struggle, but I think that is how you learn best (as long as I dont blow the motor up lol). It is still a little rich, but now I know a little more, and think I can make a few other changes.

This hull is awesome! It feels like home. It does exactly what I want/tell it to do. I spent some time just slashing some boat wakes and playing around...love it. And it really, really wants to flip.

Thank you to @naticen @Wizards Powersports @JetFiend @holeshot for letting me constantly annoy you. Appreciate all your help. And of course thank you to everyone else along the way.

I flopped her a good 6 times today. Nothing more than a 50-60% flip, but it felt so good. No photo proof, but everyone on the dock saw it lol. I decided ripping up my no-wake zone made the most sense for trying.

Current Jetting on the HPE Stage 3 819:

125 High : 1/4 turn out
117.5 Low : 1 turn out
1.8 NS
95 Gram Spring
Stock FAs with 2 out of 3 screens removed in each FA.

So I saw the water line routing you did a few pages back. Is it possible to run the head water lines towards the back of the ski straight from the head? Instead of going forward then going back to the pissers?

Yes, you can absolutely do that. The reason I have it like that is because if you look at the picture in post 235 on page 12, notice how close the head pipe is to the hood lip and fire wall. There is 0 room behind there, so I chose to run it in front of the head pipe and then back to the pisser, but I have intentions of cleaning all the cooling lines up. That was kind of just a hodge podge of what I had.

Ive thought about running the line under the arch of the headpipe, but not sold on that idea yet.

Yeah I read that you were planning on redoing it all with different stuff. Just throwing an idea out there to hide some of the lines. I wish I would have thought to put my pissers near the tray of mine. To late now. Lol

Thanks for the thoughts, appreciate it! The RIP has a perfect spot for the pissers right where I put them. When the hood is on, you can never even tell where the pissers are until the water starts coming out during riding. Its really nice especially to be able to see the waterflow so easily and be able to check pisser temps.

Your Girlfriend came looking for you all day yesterday, None of us could understand her. All she said was "Quack"

Bro...she gets around crazy fast. She was back up at the lake with me while I was riding today!!! :D:D

So I went through almost 2 full kart tanks today. Although the kart tanks are small, I was pretty beat after the first kart tank and super beat after the second tank, so for now, the kart tank is working perfectly.

Everytime I go out, I love this hull more. I am learning that weight position/distribution makes big, big differences in setup and landing. The wedges in my footholds are sweet because you can really push down on whatever corner you are turning on to make it really do what you want.

And even though the pole looks super short, I think it could be bit shorter to help get my weight forward. Instead of shortening the pole more, I think I am going to get myself the new JetWorks over the pivot steering and a set of riserbars.

Motor is running good, but still rich and im pretty sure im spinning the prop a bit, but its at the point where it is super fun to ride. Loving it!
