I will likely try it out up here (so I am close to home and my tools in case I needed to d*ck with something) Water temps are still in the 40*s though, I may stay off the liquid ice for a couple more weeks. I need to break my motor in too so the first couple itty bitty tanks of gas are probably going to be uneventfull.

yea I have to break in too..

Well its all pretty much done! Brought it down to the lake to test everything out with it on the trailer and found a nice big ceramic bb in my head pipe and I forgot to seal the damn bearing housing. Other than that its on the trailer ready for the first ride which I hope will be tomorrow!

Here it is on the trailer with the TCJetPilots.com stickers on!!

With the fittings on the side opposite the pipe (where the water enters) it gives it more time to pull the heat out of the cylinders and the head has one corner clearanced for the factory pipe that you can see is on the wrong side.

You can see in this pic that the head has a little notch out of the carb side front girdle. Sometimes you still have to grind it a little more to make it fit. I can't see it from the pic, but my guess is, he had to really grind that back corner girdle to make the headpipe clear. But, he's pullin alot of water out of that head too, so maybe he has a good reason...

I haven't. Was going to head out the other day but we decided to take advantage of the nice weather and get the dock etc in.

Next warm day I have off I'm on the water!
