thanks Jeff, I hate to say it but I have no clue where the hell that battery is anymore! I'll look around.

I was planning on turfing it with the help of anyone who is good at doing it with a heat gun...you...shane...both...whoever can help a guy out!

DJ is correct. Next time I take it apart I'll probably get it powder coated.

Don't bother. I had my head pipe powder coated and it eventually chipped off. The paint holds up just about as good.

powder coating is so the wrong process for anything on a ski....

I second that powder coating sucks. Especially with salt water. We powder coat, but I am not a fan, UV issues, chip issues and water seeps thru causing corrosion behind the surface.

I haven't really touched it much! Midterms at school then Vail for springbreak!

I back now and plan on getting turf done this week. A few odds and ends to do and then wait for the lake to melt.:thewave:

Build looks awesome, im in the process of taking some more weight and length off my ski. I was wondering if you are still running that terry cable in your ski inside the skat track cable? Do you have any more pictures of that? Oh and one again awesome build up!

I got a new cable I have cut yet. Using a protec lever now - the cable end fits better in that and I went through 3 umi levers now..

Had some time to work on it a little bit this week and got the sides of the tray turfed and had some fun in the engine compartment.

Trimmed the throttle bracket and I think it turned out pretty good..

Also finished up the water routing with some 3/8 fuel hose..

Also hooked up the red fuel line. I took the hose holders out of my 650 hull, they worked perfect.

thanks Bobby. Need to paint flywheel cover and put that on, hook up primer, and finish turfing then its off to the scale.
