Just my opinion, don't run a front exhaust to 'test' things out. Take the extra time and run a rear exhaust. The front exhaust is not only annoying and obnoxious, but when the exhaust coupler slips off, the ski will sink with the quickness.

take a scupper out? or hook the exhaust up to the scupper, it would dampen the sounds ome

that is if you didnt install a firewall on this thing?

I wouldnt... A lot of people have had problems with exhaust getting pulled into the pump and causing cavitation. :toothache:

It's just talk... I can do tail stands with a rear exhaust. If you rotate to the right, you'll get cavitation though. I'll probably do a side rear exhaust on my hull. Definitely not front! I hate those.

got these fittings put in for cooling, got my bilges mounted, and got my steering cable all hooked up and i had the same problem as waternut with the steering cable hitting the pump but i dont think it hits it enough to mess anything up. so i think itll be ok.
