What is the protocol for purchasing a couple of the brackets for the zeel ignition as well as a programming cable? and do you have any info on the total loss version of the zeel?

Responded to your email. The New TL Zeel is in testing. No estimated release date at this point
will post about it here on The X before anyplace else!

The y62t zeel is supposed to be powered by both stator and battery. Something about pulls power from the stator, but at the upper end as the stator output cannot keep up fast enough it starts pulling battery power.

Also, the 62t zeel relies on the magnets on the flywheel for triggering, so even if it is capable of running without receiving power from the stator (I'm not sure if it is or not) it would be kind of pointless because you have to have the magnets on the flywheel for triggering purposes, so you might as well run a charging system with those same magnets that you need to have anyway.

Quick question, I've read everything in this thread, and love that it's plug and play. When you purchase this, why is there that *check your initial timing before installing clause? Do I need to pull the fly wheel and double check the angle of my stator?

Where ever the stator is set will determine total timing. So if you have the timing on the zeel set at say 32 degrees max timing and your stator is advanced 2 degrees, your total timing will actually be 34 degrees. So whatever your curve is on the zeel, the stator degrees can add to it if it's advanced. This can be a problem in the upper rpms if your timing curve goes down to 18 degrees at 6k which is safe. If your stator is advanced 2 degrees, your total timing would be at 20 degrees which is too much timing and could melt a piston. Best to make sure your stator is at stock location and use the zeel programming to set your timing

Quick question: you delete the temperature sensor when running the zeal. Thus leaving the black wire open.

Since I'm only running one map, I leave the brown wire open as well

And Grey is a signal counter so it's open as well?

I’d like a bracket and a cable. I have questions about tuning - not sure how to message on here
