Been making some good progress on the ski. I have been working on it at a friends so I can't get any pics now but hopefully this weekend I have some up. Also, I have ordered my pole bracket.

which bracket did u decide to get?

I ended up getting the atp bracket for a/m hulls. It comes with the bracket, breather tubes, under plate, hardware, and choice of a spring perch or anticrush spacer for stiff poles. It was only $219 shipped vs $300 for the rrp bracket

im famous! i spy my left leg..lol its looking good tyler. the progress this weekend seemed more than the last couple. starting body work make it look like your miles ahead of me..... well maybe you are. i think we were worried about the support of the rocker until you got it done and it feels stronger than it was stock. keep up the good work. you bringing it back over this weekend?

I will be working on the nose and pole bracket area over the holidays and will get some pics posted

Well I got the nose reinforced from the inside over the weekend. the only thing I have left to do now is reinforce the pole bracket area from the inside then lots of body work and paint. For paint, I am thinking about just using spray paint. Since this is my first build i don't know how well it will hold up so I would hate to put a bunch of money into paint for it to fall apart on me.

nice build... benefits to an angle when you shortened it? i cut about 4 inches off mine (90 degree) turned out great

I have read many debates over which cut is better. I just liked the look of the angle cut. not sire how it will ride I have only ever ridden a shortened fx1.

I hope I reinforced the nose enough. I did a layer of 12 oz and a layer of eglass on the outside with 3 layers of 12oz and a layer of eglass on the inside
