By the end of the week I will have my 61x cylinders on the 62t

The top deck of a square is super thin stock. If you get a lot of air and land wrong or have some bad roll landings (which I think are required before good roll landings LOL) you'll likely crack/ break something. Defintely do a layer of glass or Kevlar IMO.

Local rider is going aftermarket because of how many times he's cracked his reinforced SN... Tired of fixing it. Which is worse, doing the work now while its cold or having to patch up your ski mid-season?

I'm not sure which bracket I will run yet. I would like a cheaper solution then the rrp bracket but I still want to run the dual pole breather.

You could just run stock bracket for now.

For the SN, i believe the only dual breather bracket is the RRP.

I will be moving the pole bracket forward so any bracket will work if you know of any other dual breathers. Here is some more pics

Tray glassed. resin with microballoons on the hood ready to sand.

Top end off the 62t. Waiting for gaskets to put the 61x cylinders on.

Yeah I think I will do a layer of biaxial in there since i will already be putting some in there for the rocker. Definately don't want to be making repairs mid season

I will be moving the pole bracket forward so any bracket will work if you know of any other dual breathers.

For the Superjet with a RRP dual breather, i like the Blowsion RN bracket the best. Better pole stop, you can run a pole spring if you want and it has bolt holes on the back for hood straps... http://www.blowsion.com/products/705-blowsion-pole-bracket-rrp-pole-for-96sj-and-fx1.aspx

Cool thanks for the link. It will be at least a month before I order a bracket. I have a friend who has a stock bracket to use for mocking things up. I'm probably going to have to order more supplies soon. Lol that tray used a lot of resin making.

That version has been used by few pros for the last year or so, idk about all that aluminum cut out...looks kinda weak.. Did you order the RRP pole for RN superjet?

Yes the one i ordered is for a 96+ superjet. Ordered it from thrust innovations. Yeah it kind of looks like it may break with the new design.

Filling in holes on the pump and raider nozzle with jb weld. I'm going to tab the one on the pump for dual cooling

looks nice and when converted to us dollar it is only $174. I wonder how much shipping to the us is though.

Also a question I have on the build is for the rockering. For making relief cuts on the bottom to bring it up is it better to make the cuts going across the ski or long ways going with the ski?

I would go across. I have seen a couple other people do it across. I havent seen anyone do it long ways.

Thanks. Yeah I have seen a lot of people do it across which would give you shorter cuts and more cuts. Then a lot of people in our group are doing it long ways which gives less cuts but much longer cuts. Not saying either way is wrong. I just want to see what everyone recommends. I am kind of leaning towards the across cuts
