Some more work done
i just glassed the front with some thin layer from the outside. I want to get all the non used gfk from the inside out. Therefore i need to know what i need
and what i can throw out. I will do lot of gfk from the inside, and just a little bit from the outside. Its better for painting.

In the other Picture u can see the difference between the trays.
today i got the idea to build the tray out of PE, around 0.4 Inch thick. The bottom plate, and then weld the sidewalls onto the bottom. I got an U form then. And this U, together with Glue to the original Tray sidewalls...
What u think about this.
If u understand what i mean...

What you think about the tray?
I got a n!ce clean ledge for turf.
I think its a lot more work to do this whole think with epoxy. The weight of the old Tray i cut out is about the same then this new Tray, so worth it.
Just put the Tray in, put some glue all around to make it close, turf and finish.

Some Questions
Is it possible to run only the waterbox with front exhaust?
Is there something important work to do for the future under the tray? (trim,2nd cooling)
My tray is about 0.8 inch higher then stock. Will it have negative driving attitude?
What drain valves are the best to install? I ride flat water most of the time, and some surf in the Summer.
Is it usefull to install the pole closer to the nose?
Hope some guys can answer me some questions.

Thanks

Some more work done.
Many small thinks, and lots of grinding.
The Tray is now complete, and the back also.
Just refoam the back with exhaust and drain, and the forward gunwales.
I dont know how to handle the exhaust, but i will find a solution.

1. Don't understand the question
2. You can add tubes for trim cable and dual cooling since you have it open and cap them off. Make sure they don't interfere with the pump and you can access them with the pump in.
3. I lower tray is prefered. Some members lower the area that their foot rests. So you will have low spots on either side of the tray. This gives lower center of gravity which is prefered.
4. Versiplug or a Scupper, design the intake or drain so that you can cap it off for surf.
5. It will move your weight forward, and give you more leverage when you're doing sweet tricks.

I gave you a hard time for the language difference etc... but your build is pretty impressive bro.

Hi
I just want to know if theres an other way to install the exhaust. I dont want to go all the Way to the back of the Ski.
I lowered the tray today. Its just 0.3 inch higher then stock now. Iam fine with it.
The thing with the Pole ist hard work, and pretty difficult. I think this area crack the most. So i think i will shorten my Pole.

Better do good work, then speak good English ;)

I used a blowsion front exhaust piece. Flipped it upside-down and slapped it on the side under the bond rail a lil between the carbs is where it comes out.

Front Exhaust only = annoying.

Actually any form of front exhaust + rear exhaust = annoying.

Do yourself and people you ride around a favor - have the exhaust exit out the rear of the ski.
