front profile. i removed the nose cover and filled in the grove in front of the filler cap so that it was a cleaner nose. THis was done long before deciding to chop this hull up.
side profile. i just cut the top deck at where the rubber bumper would cover it.
Thanks to byeai - drain plugs arrived friday. Was able to set them up this weekend. I also cut out the paths for the exhaust tube and drain. i need to do some more fiberglass work on the exhaust side exterior before i can button it all up, but I can run the trim tube and seal in all the through hull fittings. which is next on the list.
just a quick view of the inside of the tray as is. i put in pvc path ways for a the drains, with hull drilled, much like the drains for a yard/landscape (saw this on another build) they are currently curing with 5200 against the hull at the rear and in spots along the tube.
bulk head with trim tube that needs to be trimmed. and i need to clean up some ugliness in here too.
hard to tell but there is a scupper tube, tray drain and trim tube in this pic
pump side, bottom left is the trim tube, towards the right is the old location that i will seal back up.
see the trim tub eat the bottom, at the top is a drain tube for the tray, so water can easily drain out the back once plug is pulled
