small update.

The machine shop said they couldn't get any of the screws out....
I am going to try one more today then it is going up for sale on here.

I dropped my cylinder off to be bored and honed. Hopefully it is done this week then I can drop it off to get the porting done.

alright, I am finally starting to make progress now that I got past that pipe mess. I should have my motor back this week from the powdercoating. I took my tank out of the dye finally. I think It may have actually worked. I have not washed it yet so that will be the real test, but right now it looks pretty decent.

I got my motor back from the powder coater. Not bad for free. He did not have clear though so I am going to have to take my polished pieces some where else.

Last night I went over to kawijunki's house and he showed me how to put my midshaft back together. Today I used my newly acquired knowledge and rebuilt my pump. I still have to get my impeller on but I think the hard part is done.

lots and lots of real grease for the pump. I used half the little tub that I bought. I am getting excited to try out that new hooker now that the pump is almost back together.

no. I just found out a have to order a sleeve collar for my crank so when ever that comes and I get my cylinders back from porting... its taking so much longer than I ever thought it could.

Thanks,

I got my crank sleeve late last night so I am going to get that on this morning and then I am headed to ejakes house to assemble the motor. I think I am finally on the home stretch with this.

Well more bumps in the road. I went to assemble my motor yesterday to find out that the new wsm bearing I got from Zig was to big. I had a mic put on it and the old bearing is 2.8 and this new wsm bearing is 3.1. It was a really frustrating day....

Everyone else that has assembled a... Kick Azz... ski feels your pain.

A set back example over here, I weighed my brand new wiseco's last
fore sliding the dasa over them attention to detail saved a motor, they were different by a few grams. Time lost sending them to a professional jet ski machinist to balance.
