It's probably safe to assume these are stamped and welded by FPP so not really "handmade" I wouldn't think there is a lot of variance between chambers. I would be grinding my hull long before denting the chamber, denting a $250 B pipe chamber for a $600 RN hull is one thing, I am going to guess you can't touch a PFP chamber for less than a hull. I would try what Breese said first and move the end up, the hull is widest at the bondline, the closer you can get it to that, the more room it will have.
