Sure are a lot of excuses here. Why offer a discount or deal if you are just going to send out :):):):)? Not really a deal at that point, regardless of the price that was agreed on, Tony didn't have to agree to sell it cheap but he did. The point of giving deals on new things is to get the exposer out on how awesome your new product is and make other people want to buy, not to send out a turd and make people run away.

Ok. Refer back to post 95 page 10.

The pump shoe LOOKS to have been adjusted. Not saying it was. But it sure as :):):):) didnt leave my shop with ME (I.myself.tony) installing it like that. I know the customers always right and its true because you read it on the Internet. Customer service is one thing we are trying to fix.its overwhelming for me to be the captain lieutenant and the dispatcher. All things were striving to fix for 2014. All these problems have been addressed and made note of. The new hulls we are producing will speak for themselves in the first few builds.
Very sorry you are experiencing the problems your having. Anything you want me to do to fix it ? An appropriate pm or email also stated in post 10 would have gotten you much further . whining and complaining about the same problems and situation we all your in doesnt help.

How can you compare a stunt deal to this hull. The stunt was sold as a builders kit by a shady company. This hull was a sold complete and the builder promises quality, so he has the right to complain. Just because the builder sold it to him cheap doesnt mean its an excuse for a :):):):)y build

Seems like your more interested in standing on a soap box than getting your issues resolved. Get off the x for a minute, shoot them an email. Posturing and arguing on the X has clearly not gotten you any further.

You need someone to handle your PR bro... lock yourself in the mfg area and do what you're good at... this isn't it.

I know the customers always right and its true because you read it on the Internet.

If you're the owner, and this snide remark is your attitude, Tigercraft customer service will never get better. This is a really really crappy statement, you're disregarding all of Mical's problems (any customers problems) with this statement.

Customer service is one thing we are trying to fix.... All things were striving to fix for 2014.

Customer service is a attitude, a mind set... Why wait until sometime in 2014 to treat your customers better?

What does that mean exactly? It sounds a lot like "If you'd handled this privately, I would have been more inclined to address the problems."
Maybe you or your PR person can clarify.

Poizen is doing everyone a good service by putting this up for everyone to see. I personally enjoy it, that pump shoe looks like it was installed with plumbing glue by someone who has never built a ski #cavatation even tho Poizen clearly sabotaged it him self Ahahah.

This is a bull:):):):) response!!! He bought the hull and posted an honest review, he's not asking for more money, just letting others know what issue's he's had with a builder. I wish more guys like him would post there honest review.

I wish I had posted some more up front reviews, but it always just turns into a pissing match

Ski looks like it's coming together good. Poizen, you have some fabrication skills. Newb question, but looking at this pic, how does water make its way into the tray area?

My experiences with Tony and Aquabot have been the complete opposite of Poizen's. I ordered my v1 hull at the Brig beach bash when I had the pleasure to stop by his shop before hand and test ride his skis in the lake in front of the shop. It was a great experience. I received my v1 hull beginning of the month just like Tony said I would. I now have the v2 on order. The fit and finish of my ski and all of the skis I have seen of his are second to none. There is foam in mine under the tray just like Tony said there was. I was lucky enough to see the ski put together. I agree that two part foam should not be used in these skis, but what do i know. My pump shoe was aligned perfectly. Pump seats right up against it and alignment was all but dead on. I'm anxious to ride it but its too cold.

Poizen, I have had skis from some other aftermarket companies and the fit and finish sucked. This one was amazing. The only thing I'm pissed about was having to spend alot more than you did on my v1 ski. He gave you one hell of a deal. When I call Tony with a question, he answers, personally, with good advice. I'm sure your issues could of been handled by just calling him.

Customer service doesn't mean you have to kiss every customers assholes. If I was Tony, i'd tell you to get bent and move on. Too many people want his products. I own two successful businesses and sometimes you just need to fire a customer.

The world IS bigger than the X even though many of you think it isn't. If none of you buy products from Tiger Craft, they will still succeed.

Maybe I asked wrong, but that's what I meant. If the area is sealed, what would be the benefit of filling with foam if there is no way for water to enter? And I would put some blue masking tape over any of the cut edges inside the ski, a lot easier on the arms.
