Final Say
Okay Im at work now so I can finally view all this on a screen of adequate size so my eyes don't swear at me.

ok I want to start by apologising not because I'm wrong but because we are both wrong.
I liked Tony that's after all the reason I went with him in the first place customer service was amazing answered my texts , Pms, emails etc. I just feel once he had all my money and the ski left his shop that bond was broken as he now owes me nothing. that's my views most seem to have great luck with tony but don't forget I did too.
this whole you got a 5k hull for 2800 isn't true like swapmeet said I got a 2800 hull for 2800 no smoke or mirrors there that's the value that's what I paid simple as that
I came on here stating that I was expecting mistakes etc after all its a AM hull ive learned from here that they all have pros/ cons all I did was state my findings and my feelings its my hull surely I have the right to speak open about it?
Ok let me address my problems and give a brief explanation about it all
CHIPS IN GEL COAT
this is common when working with gel coat but easily avoided with simple masking tape and drilling from gel to glass not glass to gel. ( again I have no problem with this just stating what I found)
CREATING
I had no problem paying for a create in fact I was expecting it. but it should of been disclosed when I made my purchase not a week before my hull leaves and I got to run around trying to find money.
CREATE QUALITY
this is where I didn't like paying the 160$ I looked at adams hull create and his had supporting braces holding the ski firm in place mine had nothing.
the wood looked like it came from a recycle yard
my ride plate was just loose sitting on top of my tray
there was no labelling on it no address only a small sticker that could of fallen off and my ski lost forever
PUMP SHOE
ok this is my only beef with Tony and here is why
Tony keeps saying that is not how it left his hands or shop but it has been adjusted so he trying to say I adjusted it.
Its been to no-one else unless you have other guys putting in pump shoes im unaware how many staff work on your ski's
Adams hull had to have the pump shoe knocked out aswell because of a 5mm gap so im not the only one.
this would of ended with a simple I'm sorry Mical I don't know what went wrong.
MISSING PARTS/ORDER
the missing parts is no big deal again just stating what I found
the foam I was expecting was 2part ( even if its not what you guys recommend) but that's what I was expecting
Tony could of stated look Mical I do not 2part foam skies but I put a reinforcement foam under the tray is this ok or would you prefer 2part?
CUSTOMER SERVICE
This is the worst section of it all and its because Tony has pride in his work so I can see how he gets defensive when I come here saying its not right.
but regardless things shouldn't of come this far with blame and accusations.
ENDING
this is hopefully my last post if your comment has nothing to do with my topics above and strictly my problem please don't fuel the fire with diff wording accusations

The reason I did not contact Tony regarding the problems is because they are done he cannot fix this or what was done. I posted my review and that's that , I did not want to benefit in anyway financially or egotistically I just wanted to give my review.
in todays world you get one chance to get it right, be it cars, food, technology or in this case Jetski's.
in the end all tony had to do in his very first post about my review was say
Mical im sorry our product was not to 100% your liking, please can you email us detailed pictures and where you feel we could improve. your honest feedback is appreciated because if everyone keeps quiet about small problems how can we know what to fix or what to look at fixing.

I still haven't done my review on the good as that I was waiting for my ride report but there is a lot more good than bad that's for sure. will post that as soon as im done testing it
I hope this sums up how im feeling and clears any confusion of thinking im a dick and whining about nothing in the end a review is a review good or bad that's why people have them to help better products etc
ok so im sorry this is such a long reply with hardly any grammar but it is what it is
now lets finish this ski to see how awesome it really is
