Speechless................ Beyond Speechless........

How do you ship something out that is a finished product that leaks worse than my 2 - 13 year old Wamiltons Scuppers............ Yes, I have 2 - 1.5" tubes that run through my hull, I expect alot of water to back flow....... Poizen does not have scuppers and he is getting water in faster than mine from multiple points............

Sorry man, you got screwed.

Yeah this should of never left the way it did it would take maybe 30min extra work and would of been 100% airtight

Good thing is its airtight now so I dont have to worry anymore

Time to get the ignition sorted with tbm and then flipping time

and that is the sad part, to seal it up, does not take long, you already have resin mixed up multiple times during assumbly, at least you should, or hull adhesive, seal up all the seams, penetrations....... its a no brainer.

This is what happens when people who know nothing about jet skis..... Make an attempt at building a jet ski. #nobrainer

smh. thanks poizen... good to know where not to spend my hard earned money lol
blaming some employees workmanship and allowing a product to leave your shop with your brand on it in this condition is shameful. full time part time or anytime.
in fact if it was my business id have a replacement hull on the way to africa already

hope things work out and hopefully threads like these will encourage builders the importance of customer service
good luck to both parties involved

Sorry about the hull man. I think I'm more mad at the builder than you are and it's not even mine. Makes you think twice about who you buy from. Backie chans are getting replaced for gel coat cracks. Not saying you need a replacement but definitely some sort of refund for all your extra work and wasted time.

Wow... just.. WOW. I can't wait to see what he says about this.. if he even posts... Though he will prolly come at you with some childish remark and try to say you did this to make him look bad.. I would have liked to buy one of these hulls.. But now I would rather buy a way more exspensive hull that has the same pump shoe problems...as long as this guy don't get any of my hard earned money....Just because almost every post I have seen from him are all non professional. Just seems like a total Eddie Haskell...

Either way, Poizen, you the man for having such good attitude about it all. Id be pissed if I bought a 100 dollar hull a 2800 dollar hull or a 5k hull that leaked worse than my ducted taped broken in half 550 hull out back.

thanks guys yeah I could be sour and angry about it all but end of the day it will only affect my time riding so a good attitude is what I need to see the light at the end of the tunnel

at this stage I wish I went with backie chan his customer interaction might be off but at least he stands behind his product I mean a gel coat crack and okes get a new hull I bet if I had that problem Tony would say I hit it with a hammer and its my problem

as the saying goes "once bitten, twice shy" I have leant my lesson

all the guys with bots on the way I really hope yours are perfect I don't wish this crap on anybody

thing is you cant even say its due to it been rushed together its just in my eyes a lack of pride and the ability to give a >>>>> after its left the shop

but im here now nothing I can do now but fix it to make it the best aquabot around with higher standards than it left the factory

Definitely seems like your attitude has improved after being able to ride it. That's a good sign
