I think im past furious at this stage

He hasnt replied to my email since Friday

I pulled my pump and motor out and shoved a hose is its ass

Water is pissing out everywhere in the bulk head it has more holes than swiss cheese

Least I know where its leaking now tho so got a big tube of sikaflex sealant to make this thing airtight

Got a video too of my multiple waterfalls from the bulk head will upload when im at work

Its not hard to test at the factory if its airtight

I would have thought everything inside should be well sealed up before the top deck is bonded on, its a pretty important thing that parts like the exhaust and shaft tube don't leak on a ski that is to be used in the water. Last thing you want to do after you've spent $$$$ on a hull is go round fixing the manufactures mistakes!

Your not the only one thats being ignored mate, not heard anything from Tony for a few weeks, keep trying but nothing! But hey this is to be expected in the jet ski world apparently.

Not yet as its away being built but will defiantly be checking before it goes on the water. My hull wasn't supposed to be sealed so has drain holes in the bulkhead so not worried about that but will check exhaust and shaft tube.

yours was designed to have drains but thats to let water out

even if mine was like yours if i let it sit in water it would sink

so adz you must seal your ski up well let water get out not in

oh here is the vid sorry if it isnt so clear but all that water was not in my bilge area in the start

I like your water test, pretty smart idea. Hopefully you can get everything sealed up, sorry to hear about all the head aches. Also, props on the water test tank, I'm sure it makes tuning a bit easier.

Tank is deff the easiest way to tune as all our lakes we have a 200m no wake zone so its a pain in the ass to go out there try then come back tune and go back etc just the tank is dirty but worth it

Yes I will have this mofo sealed up good
