Post your ride times and distance

my typical exercise loop near the marina is 5.5 miles and my PR is 28 min. Much of it is flat to slight hills and only about a mile is a leg burner of big hills. It's all paved/gravel unless I take the add-on trail, which I can only do out of hunting season and when everything isn't all grown up. I need to do some more trail riding.

My last ride, which was my longest on trails, 3.82miles at average of 5.3mph. Woohoo, killin it! Part of that was holding my elbow in pain after stalling out on a short steep rooty climb and failing to get unclipped before nailing a branch.

99% sure. this winter was too much and I'm getting tired of the commute. 10min is much better than 45 min. We'll probably enjoy most of this summer then find a place and sell the boat for now.

4 miles last night at around 5.5mph average. I did make it up one hill that I've never made more than 1/4 of the way before, so that was a huge accomplishment/improvement for me. It was also my first with my new Hydrapak I got off chainlove for $30--->>>smoking deal!

Today I'm taking Mindy out for her first trail ride, we'll see how it goes. First I have to replace a short piece of r.d. cable housing that disintegrated last night and screwed up my shifting big time.

riverrat and I did 4 miles today. He didn't have a lot of time before work but we did an out/back. We're going to try to do a full lap of like 9 miles later this week maybe.

Start logging your ride time and average speed. This only really accurate with a computer. GPS gets you close. The cycle computers are good because they record actual ride time.

I'm not that concerned, I ride to have fun. My 5.8 miles the other day was at 6.7mph average including stops and walking some technical stuff. It was under an hour total, I think 52 minutes by my gps log.
