Are you guys using an adapter plate when bolting the PFP to a DASA PV cylinder? Mine is defiantly not going to fit

Riva Mani offsets from the top of the casting to top of the thru holes about .135. This mani tapers from .160 to .285 :aargh4: Going to be a long day with the angle grinder

Looks like top of manifold needs to be machined to allow it come come up to correct height . Is that what im seeing ? Or is it a bolt hole spacing issue ?

i have a friend that is thinking of buy this power pipe...he has a stock 701...with taper bored 38,s... what do u think the pipe will do on his ski???

PFP seems to be great on every motor it has been run on. Definitely put it on the stock 701. If it does not work great I'm sure that you will have no problem selling a PFP on here.

I'm installing my PFP this week. looking at the water routing drawing in the instructions, it says the "T" fitting is not used with the power box. how would you use the "T" with the resonator?

I'm planning to run without my power box until I get the gas tank/battery box combo I want... and plan to run the battery in the stock location, with a smaller tank for a short time... just so i can ride.

thanks

nevermind... I figured it out...

So will a 4 gallon tank work in a OEM round nose hull? (I'm helping a friend set one up)

Next dumb question-seems like there would be alot of room behind the exhaust manifold for the battery-good idea? bad idea?

Would love to do a 4 gallon Jaz tank and install battery between tank and timing cover............
