Will do when I get home this evening. Remember that I am 2 to 3 hours later than you. I will print out my photos, write my measurements on them, scan them and post them in this thread. Will start from center of pivot axle up but will also give you bottom of chin pad down.

Hopefully these measurements will help.
BTW the side decal orientation to the front side of the chin pad is an optical illusion.
The side decal is actually 1 inch below the bottom edge of the front side of the chin pad when viewed square on from the side of the pole.

Thank you for your patience. When I am overwhelmed with other stuff but wanting to help, this is exactly what happens. I misunderstand initially, do a fairly competent job of the thing that is not needed, then ultimately do an excellent job (delayed) of the thing that was needed in the first place...

Been a long couple weeks from when l figured out that my midshaft was too long.Steve Lundy made one a 1/2” shorter. But usps sent it on a trip across a few states and back.Just got it yesterday.l made some decent headway this weekend.Midshaft installed, engine aligned and tightened down.Torqued the head pipe down to the manifold and hooked up the water lines.l ran 1/2” lines on this build, but reduced them to 3/8” to work with the shredder 735.Can always go bigger later.
Pump area is all done with ride plate installed.Got a bunch more to do and still trying to make Lundyfest. After almost 2 years,l’m not in a rush now lol

Well the turtle continues to plug along (feel free to give me sh*t) and try to cross the finish line.. maybe one day!

Got several things done this weekend.Made a front foothold.Got it shaped and ready to install.Just need to cut a hole in it for the ratchet.Just like what hornedogg did to the Wdk build. Most of the strap mounts are screwed down.I mocked everything up this weekend for fitment.l will wait to epoxy down the batt box mount after the gas tank is situated in its spot.No need for screw ups at this point.Mechanically the build is down to assembly at this point.Turf and graphics come last.

On a different note,my son and l won’t make it to lundyfest this weekend. My wife decided to stay a couple more weeks with her sister.Someone has to take care of the kids.We we’re really looking forward to seeing everyone. But southern fried is not too far off.

Why not make the fr. foothold removable.Talking with Bk about his Ricktor foothold, decided to make mine too.
Waiting on a couple parts to come in the next couple days gave me time to do this.

Pole on as well as steering.Bought a rn sj throttle cable thinking this would work, nope.l had a sn cable here and will be able to use it.
Today begins the pad and turf process.Already made a template for the sides, just have to cut the material out. Starting with quarter inch pad on the top of the gunwales wrapping around to the inside of the foothold enclosures. This will hide some uneven areas and give her a smooth look.Dash will be next, along with the front foothold.Been trying to decide if l want to turf behind the foothold,in case l want to take it off and ride without? Also have a set of rrp footholds that are going to get chopped down to a smaller size.Found that after setting them in the tray that all the space l gained by opening up the tray will be taken up by them.Well bs! l’ll get some before and after pics,as l work this weekend.
