Good to hear you used a good a lube. I know it really sucks when someone comes into your thread and posts a bunch of stuff you would rather not read, but times have changed and people are "heart" felt about things they feel strongly about

Lube is lube, first run to break in ill use a non synthetic oil (canadian tire stuff probably) to cut the ring properly.

T your returns together and run a 60main return jet

155 14 vein ( i think) setback pump with 8/17 impeller.

I believe you need a larger jet for duals, 60 is for the single, im running around 100 on the 50s now.

It will rip real hard for a day or two with no return jet tho

As long as you have steady fuel flow/pressure in your returns is all you need.

Motor is in pics will be up later!! Working on my steering cable, throttle cable and pipe stuff now. Tapping a hole in my pump for a second pissa @alex_hockey that blocked off bung on the pump vane part itself i could tap here correct?


, also might cut and modify waterbox. Going to test popoff on carbs as well.

cause my exit pipe is bottom of the hull not midway up it, also the angle that the waterbox outlet is on it goes right into my intake mani.


Also... What if.. before i teed the carbs on the return line run an individual 50-60 main jet? then tee it... No?
