Thats far to conservative for a stock stroke, try this one, should give it more punch.

Im still having issues on figuring out how to upload stuff to this site after all these years but here is a picture of my current curves.

There is a huge difference between a MSD Enhancer curve and my homemade curve shown here. Id say a good 5-10% difference in the midrange to top end. Carbs clean up better after a stab or roll, ski feels cleaner everywhere in the powerband. All the guys in Team Extreme will want to try both curves for themselves to feel the difference.

Those look pretty good, think they are fine for 93 octane? I had Dasa do pump gas domes 180-185 psi, 12:1 compression

Just finished installing the scupper in the pump cavity for the tray area. That was a PITA with the pump installed.

Cut the rear bond rail around the trim also..

Time for either more surf or tuning. I still feel I have more room on the water settings on the exh to dry it out.

Awesome, I will try a more aggressive curve soon then. I have about 2 hrs on the complete ski and motor so I'm still working out bugs. Hopefully before WaveDaze this weekend. Thanks again for the feedback!

Thanks Chris have fun a WF wish i was going this year.
New developments today. Went to go ride, drove all the way to lake ontario with Justin and Zeon. It was 43 deg outside. I had warmed up the ski on the trailer at the house, drove an hr to ride, then it wouldnt start. Primed it and it kicked once. did the same again but sounded like a half backfire the second time, but more metallic. We thought, umm not good. hit it again and nothing. removed the hood and when i was hitting the starter i could hear a spinning sound. Damn thats the starter, but no bendix.

I had replaced bushing in case with OEM, Cold Fusion billet cover, Brand new OEM starter. Any one ever have one do this to them????

Well, just fired her back up. Used a stock, Zero cut flywheel this time and changed both bronze bushings again. I need to order more parts again, go figure, Yamaha must love me by now. Newer used bendix, and a stock stator cover this time. Fired right up, but wouldnt shut off, neighbors had to love that at Midnight in the garage. Makes for a nice echo aorund the neighborhood. I finally just pulled the plug wires. Also notices a small spark when I hooked up the positive lead of the battery I never have seen that before unless there are electrical issues with a ski. that wasnt there yesterday. this thing is becoming plagued with gremlins. This is why I used all new parts so I wouldnt have this issue. LOL Im lost, going to sleep it off and start again tomorrow evening. At least it runs again :aargh4:

So your saying it has a slow current draw, or just sparks? I hooked up my multimeter set it to amps an it was reading zero, when i unhooked battery from cable and put the meter in the loop. If ya know what I mean.

The spark when you connect the battery is normal, you just didn't notice it before. Sounds like you have a problem with the stop circuit.

Good info thanks guys, i'm over reacting because i am having a few different issues with only one night left before we leave for VA.

Chris, what do you mean stop circuit, are you talking Start/stop black/white system? I will check again tonight when I'm not so rushed and the neighbors arent sleeping. LOL You know all I did was change the flywheel, bendix and cover. I already have 2 hrs ride time on this and all was fine, until yesterday. People wonder why I always buy all new parts. I think its because I have bad luck! More info tonight hopefully, maybe something was stuck under the lanyard or something. I pulled the lanyard out, I even hit the stop button, still nothing. Funny thing was I just wanted to bump it to see if it turned over, it fired right up.

The spark is just the current draw as it charges the capacitor....Nothing to worry about. Disconnect the stop circuit near the ebox (black and white wires) put a multimeter across the black and white and operate the stop button to see if it is working.
Chris.
