The question I have is... What's the difference between these pumps and a mag pump besides weight? I can think of a lot of different things to drop $2k on before making a 5-10lb weight savings. I saw you say you changed the stator section and a few other little things but how does this effect performance? Does it have better hookup, less engine loading, cleaner thrust, or what?

If its lighter and has the adjustable cone imo thats enough benefits over a MAG to warrant a higher price, if thrust can offer it at the same price as a MAG then thats a bonus
Manufacturing of most products sold in the jet ski world is higher than most think, in any other industry they would be 2x plus in price
Try taking something to a machine shop and ask them to make it, legitimatly, not a cash deal or a buddy doing it in his garage

Wet wolf made an auto adjusting pump cone years ago and is still selling it today. I've yet to hear of a single person running one though. The TBM pump cones have interchangeable tail cones too but I've even tried those and didn't see enough of a difference to warrant the need. Not trying to knock the new product at all. In fact, I'm commending Thrust on pushing forward. I'm just trying to understand the advantages. I guess I just need a sales pitch of why it's better than a mag pump.

I have found a great difference in the tbm pump cones, Im glad they are coming out with an adjustable cone.

The Wet Wolf Cone was designed around the small hub pumps, not around the C75 cross section. What thust is doing with the adjustible part is not a self adjusting, but more of a Tuning tool which could work out really well.

I know that playing the cone game in my pump is the difference between OMG with a big grin and WTH happened with a frown! My setup just will not tolerate too much load on the pump end, it goes straight to hell real quick!
