How much thinner are the vanes going to be on the finished product? If not much more than pictured, has the dia. of the hub been reduced to maintain the volume thru the pump or would you just go up one pump size?

A little thinner on the rear and a little thicker in the the front . Around 2.5 mm thick overall .
We are also going to do a stages pump wear the pump will be say 148mm but the wear ring is 144mm
That way guys running a 850 can grow into there pump without having to worry about buying a new pump if they are planning to go bigger later . And just change prop and wear ring .
