Custom/Hybrid So... What are your off season/winter build plans?!

Well I was hoping to not do anything this winter but picked up another blaster... :)
Like I said, nice to have a pair of B1's. His and hers, you and your girl can cruise and have fun together. Wife and I enjoyed ours running the bayous in Texas. Don't make the mistake I did and make hers faster lol. You'll never hear the end of it.

hmmm might have to re-think this. She rides the 50+mph blaster and the new build will be the freestyle blaster.

Had my wife's setup one time with RIVA modded 44's whilst I was running 38's. I'd get her off the line for a bit but shed catch me and wave good bye lol. Impellers at the time didn't help though lol. Hers is now setup with a single XSR 46 and Skat 10/18 while mine has a single RIVA 48 and Solas Concorde 14/19, so mine should stay on top now. Unfortunately neither of us can ride right now, but they're ready and waiting for us. Nothing for us to do over winter but wait. Have fun man

Sinse I spent all summer saving to get my bot built I plan on switching from bikes to riding surf on the bot every weekend

Early January take out the 701in the bot and drop In a bigger motor

Built a 650sx this summer and got to ride it for about a month, weather is cooling down quite a bit but I'm going to get the most out of it before its way too cold. Once the ski gets put in the garage for winter I'll take some lessons learned from here and apply it...some fiberglass work and finish turfing and getting a few more a/m parts that I didn't get this go around. Might try to pick up some good deals to flip before next season as well to upgrade to something with a better platform for freestyle. Either way I'll be busy which is good because I enjoy working on these damn things just as much as riding...except when the one I'm working on is the one I want to be riding haha

weather aint cooling down yet :p i still ahvent even put on my wet suit. we got 2 more months :p

let me recomen in the 650 putting foot holds in it an possibly -2 or -4 off the back those hulls can be really fun with less mos than a square nose (and a little more power)
