no but idok, butti, yamaslut and others were there.Got any pictures ??:laugh2:
A few years ago me and a friend thought we could backflip on a 1 foot wave in 1 foot of water. Falling over backards and getting mushed into the sand by the ski didn't feel quite right but we thought we were bad a$$. Wish there was a camera out there that day.
huge!i guess that depends on how big you go!
Referring to the Square nose.Sweet as ill just get what ever I get then . What kind of damage does it do to the hull if you land flat instead of nose first?
So how do you reinforce it just glass the inside or is it more complicated?
think of it this way... if you cracked the side of the SN hull on the 5th 3/4 roll (which you might, you could crack it on the fist attempt) you'd probably crack a RN on the 6th, 7th or 8th 3/4 roll. Both hulls need reinforcement if you're trying to learn rolls. I probably had a couple dozen 3/4 rolls before I cracked my reinforced RN. 3/4 rolls are brutal on hulls. It's probably the worst thing other than hitting bottom you can do to a ski.
There are quite a few kawi 750sx's for sale near me anyone know much about these ?
Did you seriously fix that ?'It's just a flesh wound'

Fixed it from the inside this past week with kevlar and biaxal fiberglass mat. too easy.
Cracks are like scars, chicks dig em!!
it makes perfect sense! Rn aren't superior because they handle different.(because they don't).Stock to stock a sn prob has a 3" lower center of gravity. Rounds are superior because they have a glass top top deck. Alot stronger. Squares are 100% smc garbage. Actually I believe the hood is metton(even worse). I honestly thought my old square handled better. But there are alot more rn parts availableThe difference I have found is that with my SN I had several what I would call catastrophic blowouts of the top deck where on my RN usually is is just more of a cracking process.
This probably doesn't make any sense........
I'm not bashing the SN. I have never ridden a boat I like as much as my old SN.
