He's hard to get ahold of lately. I talked to him Monday and he said he's been working crazy hora and running back and forth everywhere

Glad its not just me when I call about my hood, I figured he was just blowing me off. I guess Ill just fix this one and maybe make a mold to make a beefier one when this one breaks again.

It's only the third different time I've tried to contact him to buy a hull. Now there's one here so I'm gonna stick with the xfs. Nice to have a variety of skis to switch back an forth.

Yeah he's been hard to talk to
monday my trim and title came and I called and he answered on the first ring and I talked to him for probably over an hour about how hard it was for him to get my title and about how to install my trim pieces
then I had another question on Tuesday and couldn't get through all day

I have a metal box for a etx9 I will sell. I wrapped a battery in foam pad and made one out of fiberglass for my new hull.

I know he is busy, and I'm not trying in any way to bash him, But both my buddy Ed and I both have issue with our hoods in the very same place. We were supposed to be getting replacements in Feb, then it turned into dropping them to us at Wavedaze, and then he didn't show. I am a bit perturbed because I have a close to $30k ski that looks like $hit with a cracked hood that was billed as "surf bombproof" I understand that he has continually made changes to keep his skis evolving and getting better with each new one out. And to that I give him all the credit in the world. He Builds the best skis ever and I would buy another in a heartbeat, I'm considering upgrading to the new Circus freak so maybe the point is moot.. Maybe I'm just venting.

Word to the wise,have a great hood seal on your ski and do NOT swamp your ski with an ETX9,you will never get it re-started. Or buy 2 and have it easy to get too.

Too late, already getting the xfs. Tried getting one before I got the Rok, no response, tried recently and no response, tried a while back an never heard back from him. His composite work is very nice, hull rides so nice for an aftermarket hull. Love it, but at the same time not gonna jump thru hoops to buy one. Plus there's one here now, so I'll just ride his.
